Return Policy

Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken, or
  • The product has an expiration date that is earlier than your purchase date.

To request a refund:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ccmd@goodenoughskin.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (damaged product or visible expiration date)
  • A brief explanation of the problem

Once we receive your request, we will review the information and let you know if the refund or replacement can be approved. We may require additional details before confirming your eligibility.

If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

All orders are processed and shipped once your payment has been confirmed by Shopify.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3 to 7 business days after purchase.

Delivery Time:

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the delivery service used. Estimated delivery is between 2 to 7 business days.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
