Sulfur's antimicrobial and keratolytic properties work together to reduce redness, clear pores, and calm inflammation—without the harshness of traditional treatments.Sulfur has been a trusted skin remedy since ancient times, and modern science continues to validate its effectiveness. Topically applied sulfur interacts with natural skin proteins to produce hydrogen sulfide and pentathionic acid—compounds that gently exfoliate dead skin cells and actively fight bacteria and fungi. This keratolytic action helps unclog pores and remove excess buildup, making sulfur especially effective for acne, fungal acne (Malassezia), rosacea, and perioral dermatitis.

Research shows that sulfur not only matches the anti-inflammatory power of prescription creams like triamcinolone in treating skin conditions, but it also inhibits acne-causing bacteria such as Propionibacterium acnes, as well as fungi and microbes like Staphylococcus aureus.

calms my rosacea down right away! the more i use it, the happier my skin is. i also use it for my partners back break outs which don’t exists anymore thanks to this incredible wash

Game Changing!

This wash helped my acne, rosacea and perioral dermatitis. I’ve never used anything like it, it does smell slightly of sulfur but it’s nothing compared to more “old school” sulfur products. So glad I heard about this through Dr. Campbell’s TikTok. I feel this face wash does more for me than any other acne-targeting face wash. Can’t recommend enough!

I love this cleanser! I think this will be a my new go to!! It’s gentle but my skin feels clean after using it. I have very dry sensitive skin that’s often itchy if it gets “too clean,” so I’m particular about my cleansers. I love this stuff!!
